I am a father of 3, two girls one boy. As long as he was obeying traffic laws no punishment of any sorts should given to the father and if any laws were broken depending on the severity of the incident and laws broken the most that should occur is child endangerment.

I think the charges against the father are unnecessary.
I've been riding for 5 years, granted compared to others that might not be a long time but I've been through just about everything
Things happen to us riders every single day
It's very unfortunate that they were hurt but things happen that one can not change or prevent sometimes
I've been hit two times and both have not been my fault
I think the charges should be dropped

He was taking his daughter for a ride. Obviously it's something she enjoys doing. He didn't have to take her. He was being a great father and an accident happened. Whoever charged him with that is a POS!

I ride and want my kids when I have some to ride with me. I grew up riding with my dad and am glad I was privileged enough to do so.

This is ridiculous. He's no more a child abuser than any parent letting their child ride a push bike in the street. The accident isn't his fault

This man should not be charged with cold advise for sharing his love of 2 wheels with his daughter.

No will-ill nor malice from the father means no abuse. Simply an accident that could have happened to anybody.
