A little girl couldn't ask for a better father. It's not that often you hear of a single father... and he is just that. He has been her sole provider. The true definition of a father. He makes sure she has what she needs and more before even thinking of himself. ....Far from a child abuser. Ask his daughter. She is one of the happiest kids i know. Smart, selfless, caring ....not characteristics of an abused child. It's a shame that this charge has even been brought against him. Drop the charges.

This is ridiculous!!! Would you rather her dad leave her at home alone. I never understood how these laws are set up....go after people that really are abusing their kids before it's too late.

Jacc is a great father to his daughter. We need more father's like him. The laws bothers the wrong people all the time. How about go find the father's that's not doing nothing for their kids but yet quick to take care of the girlfriend kids. Drug dealers etc. Take that energy to that direction and let this man raise his daughter. The bs of the law is crazy.
