I'm a RIDER and VP for a motorcycle club, and I ride my lil girls on my bike all the time, most of the time they ask to get on. This is not CHILD abuse, so what if it was a car accident, that's ALL it would have been was an ACCIDENT. .THIS SYSTEM IS BROKEN. ANOTHER WAY TO RAISE MONEY IS TAKE OURS.

I grew up on the back of my dads bike this is a parenting decision not a judges.

This is ludicrous! My daughter loves riding with me too and there's no way this great dad should be punished anymore than he already has been!

I know a lot of people will say he shouldn't have been doing this. But there are plenty of things you peopl do or say to your own kid that you shouldn't too. Cars and motorcycles are both dangerous. This little gir probably loves going out riding with her dad. Cut this guy a break. Not his fault that all of you people text and drive and don't pay attention to the world around you

I just dont see how he is a child abuser i see so many cars who cut off bikers and and treat bikers like they nobody....the road is for everyone....cant see how this isall his fault when most ppl dont pay attention to how they turn out on a curb....drop these charges...they discriminatory

Jac Whyte is one of the most dedicated and loving single father's I know. It would be a travesty to charge this man with anything but loving and caring about his daughter!

My daughter and I ride all the time and I work at the local detention center. Am I abusing my child, lol?....I think not!

This is not child abuse. How about law enforcement actually goes and finds all the people actually abusing and hurting children deliberately instead of picking on men who raise their child single handedly and love them.

I don't hum personally but I always see him talk about how much his daughter means to him. A real stand up father. More fathers should be like that.

I don't see how this is considered abuse at all, he is a single father who is there for his kid that's proof enough that he's a good father. She was on the back of a motorcycle and he was not showing off or doing anything dangerous he was riding with her on the back, simple as that. If you charge him then you're going to have to charge 99% of the motorcycle community with child abuse which is not only a waste of time and tax payers money but also a waste of time not chasing those who actually abuse their children
