This is sad. It is called an accident and the man wasn't at fault. People need to realize the youth wants to ride and is legally allowed. If the others involved wouldn't have hit him they wouldn't be going threw this. Not fair.

After hearing his story I can't do nothing but respect what is going on and yes the charges need to be dropped because it's hard enough trying to find African American men who actually wants to step up and be in their child's life and he is the one solely doing it now granted the accident that occurred he didn't intend for that to happen what would you charge him for it if it was in a car he was still on the vehicle and she had Protection One and it's not like he was speeding down the highway doing crazy things stop trying to use your power to bring us down more blacklivesmatter

Do not pick and chose case by case. Define what real child abuse is. Charging on emotion shows no justification. If you draw too quickly you'll end up shooting yourself in the foot. Do what is morally just. If not, then charge 95% of the world for their children getting hurt doing things they enjoy. Bring clarity.
