For whoever is trying to put child abuse on him, take one of your most favorite things you do with your kid.say it's baseball yes their is a risk of the kid getting hurt. Say you are outside throwing the ball. You clock him in the head on accident. And leave him with a head injury, so I'm guessing you'l get child abuse right? No that's dumb as hell. He's doing what he loves and sharing it with his kid. A dad being a dad.

He should not be charged. That is wrong. If anything the people who hit them should be charged with something. No different then if they were in a car and got injured in a accident. Especially if she had the proper safety gear. He is being wrongfully charged.

If the Child was wearing a helmet and the rider was not responsible for the accident, then I disagree with the Child Abuse charges being filed against the operator of the motorcycle.

Attempting to press child abuse charges on this man is outrageous. If the judicial system throws the book at him, it proves that our system is flawed and out of control turning everyday law abiding citizens into criminals in this "prison for profit" country.

Really what is this... I was on my dads bike being taken to school and going everywhere at 5 years old. Accidents happen TJ shouldn't blame him just because he was on his bike you should blame who is at fault
