Stuff happens! He shouldn't be charged with child abuse for a vehicular accident. That's crazy. Let the man raise his daughter and recover for this in peace!

Praying for him and his family. I grew up riding on my dad's motorcycle I loved it and I'm sure she did to accidents happen.

This father does not deserve child abuse for allowing a child to enjoy an activity that he does aswell. So many say a child riding is irresponsible but I disagree simply because riding on a motorcycle is a hobby and if the child wants to ride they to have that right. Clearly the father took proper protective precaution. This all makes no sense. You might as well accuse the driver who hit the father and daughter of manslaughter then? Do you understand yet that the judgment behind the statement does not actually make sense.

A father is actually in his child's life doing everything to make her happy. She was in the proper gear and there should be no reason he is being charged.

Lai'la is a beautiful, happy, healthy and intelligent girl. Jacc is a great dad and has done an amazing job with her. She is the apple of his eye and she adores him. Child abuse is a rediculous charge!

I grew up on bikes the same way an just because someone else was at fault dosent mean he should get in trouble for someone else's falure to operate There vehical in a safe way

I have dealt with Mr. White on a personal personal level. I have known him for approximately 4 yrs. Never has he ever abused his child in any type of way. She is a very happy and healthy child. I have seen a douple parent home that has not taken care of there child as well as he takes care of his daughter being a single dad.
