Nothing is elligal about letting your child ride on a motorcycle .. It is not child abuse in no way shape or form my child has always ridden with me it's just a trajic accident that happened and it is not his fault.. Child abuse charges is just rediculous and should not be charged against him for it ... Let him go so he can get back to worrying about his dausghter instead of this B's...

He should not be charged. It's the same as a vehicle. And when an accident happens in a car with a chile involved it does not count as child abuse. Save this charge for the scumbags that hit their children

as far as i know legally a child can ride as long as their legs can reach the pedals, she had a helmet as well, this is not child abuse

This could've happen to any parent that lets tgeir children ride, he isnt the only one and shouldnt be punished, there no law that states an age limit on a bike, he has learned a lesson the hard way already, drop the charges!!!

I pray that this case will be resolved and dropped as I grew up riding with my father on his motorcycle. The person who should be prosecuted is the person who struck them. Prayers prayers prayers

There should be no charges for this father, he has done nthing illegal.. We are allowed to ride ANY child on the back of a motorcycle as long as their feet are able to touch the foot pegs...

Under this methodology a parent could be brought up on charges for carrying their kid in a corvette or smart car because they aren't as safe as a school bus.
It's unreasonable.

Hope they are both doin ok its ridiculous that this is how the world has change that a man can b charged for "abuse" against his child for something they both loved so why dnt u charge child abuse against parents who make their child go into dangerous sports or in a car with the parent texting and driving. Its all about people hating on motorcyclist. Good luck man♡♡

This is Ludacris!!! If I want to take my kids for a ride on the back of my bike I'm going to... my uncles did it for me when I was little and I'll do it for my kids as well!!

He should not be charged we have a 6 year old and he loves to ride with us.. Also why should he be charged he was following the law there is no minimum age for a passenger law only states is under 21 must have a helmet... CHARGES SHOULD BE DROPPED so he can be there for his child like a father should be...
