I have a 5 year old and he loves to ride with me. How can anyone tell me my child is old enough or too young to ride with me? They can't he's MY child.

Being a parent and sharing what you're passionate about with your children and spending time with them should not be a crime if any fault lay here and lay with the driver who injured them both

there is no way that he should be charged with Child Abuse my dad took me out MANY times on his motorcycle. People get in car accidents all the time so he got in an accident on his bike with his kid it is not like he was driving like a maniac.
