Drop Child Abuse Charges Against Single Father Motorcyclist

I rode on my dads motorcycle ever since I could reach the pegs! The best memories ever! This little girl is obviously well taken care of bad things happen to good people! This is one of the best single father's I have ever seen and doesnt deserve such a charge.

I dont understand how this can be ruled child abuse? She was on the bike with her father and had a helmet on. Its not the fathers fault they got hit.

So a parent with in a car needs to be chaged in a wreck as well this is 100% unfair my child has been riding since she was 6 months old. Things happen drop this charge!

Riding a child on a motorcycle isn't child abuse? God knows he didn't choose to be hit. Accidents happen, glad they are alive.

This is crap. I rode motorcylces with my father when I was single digits old. The term is ACCIDENT.

I've been riding since I was five. I think you should have better chances of charging someone with child neglect due to noncompliance with vaccines than charging this guy with child abuse. Whomever brought this charge upon him and is family should should be brought up on charges of ignorance. HEAL FAST & AND RIDE FREE!!

Pray this charge gets dropped. I know this guy would never abuse his daughter or allow anyone else to do so. He has come too far to for this stamp to be placed upon his character.

If the accident was not his fault why should he be charged with anything? If he is doing the right thing by his daughter n she is happy and well otherwise then this shouldn't be an issue! Sharing ur passion n love of motorcycles with your child isn't bad parenting! If she was properly geared then he was looking out for her safety to begin with! The government has been over stepping their boundaries for years now! Its time we as free law biding citizen's stand up and take out rights back and show we wont be bullied by tyrant law makers looking to turn us into a communists country! I pray the charges are dropped and his record cleared of this garbage!
