This should be dropped due to insufficient evidence. The child riding on the motorcycle with him is not a crime and does not break any laws. Maybe the person who hit them should be pressed with charges instead. As well as attempted manslaughter.

He should not be charged for something like that and he is taking care of his child. You can get hit in a car or a bicycle. So would you still charge someone? Thing are unpredictable. When you have a parent that shows he or she is taking care or there child with no complaints from no one then this should not happen!!

If this was my kid I would hope people would do the same for me. Letting your kid ride with you is the same as letting them play a sport, Things can happen but you teach you kids to get back up and don't let someone stop you from doing what you love.

He should not be getting into any kind of trouble for riding his daughter i nthe back of his bike that his passion and he wants to share his passion with the love of his life which is his daughter. I'm sure he never had any intentions on ever hurting her. This is just sickening to charge a father with child abuse for spendin really good quality time with his daughter

this is ridiculous. never would someone put their child on the back of a bike expecting to get into an accident. so are there going to be charges for parents who give their kids rides to school in the car and get into an accident?

I think that is some bogus stuff child abuse really man I back you fully on this one.My 4 year old grandson and my 2 year old granddaughter both ride with me and there dad and they love it especially my Lil man he loves riding my Harley just as much as I do. I wish the best for you and her and keep riding
