This is ridiculous! Drop the charge on abuse. So many people ride their children on motorcycles, it is not against the law.

Can people please understand that not everything is intentional, accidents happen and the biker shouldn't be left with this ridiculous charge. There are children everyday being hurt by being in sports such as horseback riding, soccer, roller blading, cross country and especially football. When these children get kicked, hit, fall, or tackled it's not their parents fault that they get hurt. If a kid loves to play soccer or football, why would you hold them back from something they love ? If it was dangerous you'd protect them as much as possible every step of the way, this little girl had a helmet and was holding on to the one man that made her life worth while. Don't take that away from her...

Seriously if I was riding with my wife and got hit would I be charged with domestic violence. Come on guys this is horse crap and you know it. Drop the charges!

Unless a crime was committed with the child in his care I don't see reason he would have this charge over an accident because they were spending time together on a motorcycle..

If he is being charged with child abuse then the driver of the car that hit them should be charged with child abuse too. This is as crazy as it sounds!

I grew up on the back of my dad's bike. It's just a mode of transportation. Children can be hurt in a sports car or sedan just as much if not worse.
