He shouldn't be charged for this.... he is just trying to show his Lil daughter how to live life. If that's the case charge everyone that gets in a car accident with a child for child abuse. It's not right and was a accident.

I believe they should be dropped a dad is a girls best friend especially when all she's knows is her dad. I ride and I've rode with all of my family. Please drop the charges

As a motorcyclist myself. I have rode both of my girls several times. Just like riding in a car anything can be dangerous. I don't think anyone especially if they were hit should be charged as anything negative. The person that hit them should be charged with child endangerment. Not only did they neglect to see a biker but they neglected to see a biker with a passenger that happened to be a child.
