This is TOTALLY WRONG! The accident was NOT even his fault. It plainly states he was struck by another vehicle while riding his motorcycle with his daughter. The picture clearly shows her wearing riding gear. He was NOT abusing her in any way, shape or form. Drivers do NOT watch for bikers!!!

I loved riding bike with my grandpa growing up . When a person gets in an accident in a car they arn't charged with child abuse. Why should he be charged ?

Any parent can have an "ACCIDENT" walking, In a motor vehicle , on a street bike! Ita not child abuse ! It could happen to anyone anytime !!

Me and my girls ride bikes. And its a shame that when an accident occurs you get blamed for child abuse . the person that hit them should be charged with attempted murder...

Please leave him and his child alone. He didn't make some one hit them so why is he getting child abuse charges. Maybe this is his only transportation for him and his daughter. If he had left her at home you would be on him for that. Looking for an excuse to mess with this father that is caring for his child. This is what's wrong with people and society these days.
