Drop Child Abuse Charges Against Single Father Motorcyclist

Single parents have to do as much as they can within there means and that includes transportation remember HE was HIT by another car

He has taken all the proper precautions prior to putting his daughter on the bike. No one can control an accident, that's why it's an accident. He wouldn't be charged with child abuse if he were in a car and him and his daughter were hurt. A bike is just a different form of transportation.

Drop em accidents happen in any vehicle

He is a single father, who adores his daughter. He has custody of his daughter because her mother is an abuser and has no regards for her daughter. He spends all of his time with his daughter and tries his best to give her everything that she needs. He has traveled with her so that she may experience life as many children her age cannot. He loves his daughter and would never put her in harms way. She is always cared for. There are many people who ride their children on motorcycles. It is not illegal to do so. This child has rode with her father on numerous occasions and he has never placed her in harms way, another individual did that by being careless. This child knows motorcycle safety and knows that her father would never hurt her. They are wonderful together.

I think people need to let others raise their child how they want riding on a bike is no different then walking down the side walk no we aren't a 3rd world country but they do it with way more people on a motor bike then their should be thus guys kid probably loves to ride more then anyone noes plz drop the charges

If anyone should be charged it should be driver of car that struck them. I ride my kids all the time and my kids are my life. But he definatly shouldnt be charged for someone elses neglect

This is bull how many ppl I see in nc have their kids on their bike and nobody says nothing. Abuse is when u do harm to someone not u and ur daughter getting hit by a car

This is ridiculous. Child abuse? A man taking his daughter on a ride on the bike is no abuse. Not feeding your child or having her wear the same clothes everyday? That's child abuse. These charges are ludicrous.

I fail to see how this is child abuse.
