How is it Child Abuse when he wasn't at fault there is no law that says a child can't ride on the back of a motorcycle

I rode in the back of my dad's motorcycle from the time I was 8 years old and loved it. This is not child abuse.

Drop the charges. A motorcycle is transportation like a car and should be considered as such as long as she could reach the pegs.

This kid should not be taken from his parents because his father wanted to take his kid for a ride on the back of his motorcycle I find that this is not right and a very offensive when is it not right to take your own kids for a ride on a motorcycle teaching them life lessons getting involved in something new I don't think that's a crime at all go after the real criminals and the drug addicts who does not have time for their kids

I ride with my 8 year old daughter. I don't understand how this could be considered child abuse. WTF!!!!

There is no child abuse within this story. If anything, the driver of the car should be charged with child abuse on the citation also.

Please leave this man alone. He loves and adores his Daughter. He would never in his life hurt a hair on her. Most Motorcycle accidents happen by careless drivers cutting them off. either the careless drivers is breaking the law by inappropriate lane changing, texting while driving, talking on the cellphone etc. They need to to have a lane for the motorcycle just like they do for the bicycles. Because these roads are crazy and they need to feel safe just people and cars feel safe. with the armor of the car. Bikers don't have that opportunity. So please this man alone.

As long as Laila had her protective gear on I see no problem with Jacc having her on the bike. Shouldn't get charged with that. That is ridiculous!!

This man is one of my he most selfless parents I've ever encountered! Did he make a poor choice having a small child on the bike...maybe....but child abuse...is going too far! She obviously felt very safe on the bike and has an amazing relationship with her father...anyone that knows this man knows how ridiculous this charge is!!

Let this man and his daughter be. There are so many Child abuse cases out there need your attention not a father and daughter out for a ride on a bike and hit by a motorist.
