Tim Holmes (https://www.instagram.com/timholmesdesign/) has created several concept designs of Driver specific liveries that have caused a massive positive response in the F1 fan community.

The signees of this petition ask that the FIA consider changing the current rules regarding if they prevent separate liveries from being applied to cars on the same team and make sure F1 teams understand the positive boost for the sport by introducing driver based liveries to cars.

The signees also ask that the F1 teams understand that few things in F1 are as easy to implement that have such broad appeal to the F1 fan base as this concept. Whilst maintaining some form of team livery is obviously expected (we don't expect Ferraris not to be mostly red or Mercedes not to be mostly silver) the visual impact of individual liveries in helping fans identify with a driver and recognise them instantly on track is a win/win. You make both cars interesting to watch, generate another revenue stream by having driver "brands" fans can buy into and simply and cheaply increase the spectacle of F1 races.

Please take note of the fans wishes in this matter and bring a new concept to F1 in 2017 that can help energise the sport.
