With new F1 ovner Liberty Media, who welcome changes, then i think a more personal/vibrant car-livery could be a great visual add to the F1 grid + the fans would love it.

I think each driver should have his own livery to not only make the drivers more identifiable but it would also make for more interesting liveries which combined with the more aggressive looks of the cars in 2017 could lure in a larger newer audience.
