This has now become very dangerous even for the local boats but very dangerous for visitors as they do not where the sand banks are.
Its only a matter of time before there is going to be an accident hopefully not fatal if someone goes overboard.

This problem is getting exponentially worse each year. We don't need the roads of Howth constantly resurfaced.
