I'm very disappointed that the festival has been moved. It will never be the same again. If it stays at founders park I will not be attending. Bring it back where it belongs.

I have worked at a couple downtown bars for 5 blue plum festivals. I look forward to the excitement all year and depend on the extra money I make that weekend to help pay off debts and property taxes. I am very sad to see the festival that I have loved moved from the streets of downtown.

Yay. I love this idea. I have lived in Johnson City for years and love the opportunity to spend time downtown with a crowd! Classy, fun, kid friendly, educational, and a culturally diverse evening to try new and local things!

Downtown JC businesses used to call the Blue Plum Festival their 13th month, because they made an extra month's worth of money during that weekend. Supporting downtown is not just nice, it is imperative!
