For those saying they'd join Greek Life for the community service, what about psych club or Common Partners? We already have clubs at Union for that. People can't even get along with other sports teams. What makes you think that Greek Life will solve that? How many people that signed this petition have 3.0s and above and have no alcohol violations? Having no Greek Life sets Union apart from other big universities which is why having a small campus school is great. Sorry to be the Jerk to have to have Say the other side. P.S. I noticed the petition was at a goal of 300 and now it's at 100. Weird.

1 out of 10 students joined Common Partners to help pay for school, not for their own free will. I think it would be nice to see Greek Life reintroduced to Union College; it'll add variety to the campus and will help encourage students to interact with each out more. Unless you like students just join something for money or for a grade.

I think it's a great idea! Union once had Greek life before, bringing it back would be a way to involve alumni with the new student body.

Union definitely needs to bring itself up to the level of other small residential colleges and get Greek!

Greek life would be a great way to increase healthy social interaction and promote more diverse relationships across campus!

Greek life allows those who are more introverted to become part of a partnership with fellow students.

This will be a great organization for union scholars!

Would love to see Greek life at Union!
