Dover/Wingdale Citizens Concerned About Westchester Modular Employee Housing
We the concerned citizens of The Town of Dover, New York are strongly against Westchester Modular Homes, Inc's., proposal to build 4 multi-family dwellings that would be located at 30 Reagans Mill Road, directly across the street from Country Mills Estates and next to the entrance to The Woodwinds Development. We feel that our quality of life and our already declining property values would be severely diminished. A Real Estate appraiser with more than 35 years experience even confirmed this. Ultimately, there will be 16 apartments being built to benefit only the employees of Westchester Modular Homes Inc., and The Westchester Modular Factory itself. Please check the Planning Board Minutes and the latest Planning Board meeting which can be viewed on Dover TV Channel 22. There will also be another Public Meeting December 17, 2012 at The Dover Town Hall at 7:00 PM
We urge you to come to this Public Hearing in order to voice your concerns!

Keep Reagans Mill quiet! We moved here to get away from stuff like this. Why cant they build this somewhere else not right across from family homes.
This is going to destroy our property values. We work hard to keep our neighborhood nice and dont need this kind of high density housing right next to us.
FACTORY HOUSING DOES NOT BELONG IN A RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBORHOOD PERIOD.
So frustrated with the town board even considering this. Listen to the homeowners who actually live here!
Ridiculous idea. My home is my biggest investment and I wont let them ruin the Woodwinds area.

Totally against this. 16 apartments is way too much for that spot. Traffic is already bad enough.
