We, the undersigned, strongly encourage the School Board of Directors of the Dover Area School District to offer Acting Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Jason Conway, the position of Superintendent.
We believe that Dr. Conway possesses the experience, skills and commitment necessary to best serve the students and residents of the Dover Area School District.

The School Board cannot look away from this momentum any longer. We have proven that the community stands firmly behind Dr. Conway while these bureaucrats continue to drag their feet.

Hiring from within is the smart move here. Keep him on board!
Dr. Conway is the best choice for our kids. He actually listens to parents and cares about the school climate.
Dover schools have been a mess for years. Dr Conway is the only person who can actually fix the problems.
Give him the job already. The district needs some stability and he has done a great job so far.
My kids love him. Super smart and handles the board drama well.
