They are part of our heritage they must stay. I can think of plenty of other things to get rid of that are a waste of money

How much would we save if we got rid of an organisation that costs us the tax payers a fortune ie: A wedding cake and the figures on top? They are supposed to represent us, they are spending our rates and taxes not there own.

Track should be laid capable of electric trams, run horse trams as heritage with volunteers or vocational/respite at peak times.

The horse tram is Manx Heritage. Shame on the MHK's whose decision it was to remove them permanently. People visit expecting to see the trams, electric rail, steam trains, Laxey Wheel et al.
The trams are Manx and not solely belonging to Douglas. At a point where tourists feel it is unsafe to travel abroad this ridiculous decision has been made. What to do when arriving on the Isle of Man? Soon to be absolutely nothing. Lunacy.

The Horse Trams are part of our National Heritage & are a Tourist Attraction. Douglas Promenade would not be the same without them
