about time someone spoke up about this. they keep cutting the chips and expecting us to pay real money. NOT HAPPENING.

I've lost a lot of 'chips' due to a glitch/bug. Here is a copy/paste from their so called 'customer support'. Jiny Taylor I thoroughly looked into your game record, and I found that your chips decreased at the time by 2,106,158,821 chips. However, it is not clear that your chips decreased due to an error since your session was not closed properly. To prevent any possible damage, it is recommended that you click "Home" button and close the App when you finish the game or you have to do something else on your mobile device such as texting and answering incoming call. +++++++++++ You lose chips you paid for, chips you earned/won via tournament's, chips you covert over from Lady Casino Points, everything you have won playing a particular game session, etc etc.. ... After one of my losses due to their glitch I did a dispute via paypal and got my money back... It had been about a month since I played and was hoping they got the problems fixed so I bought some more chips..... I sent a msg to DUC support telling them I lost my chips again, it only took Jiny Taylor a few minutes to reply... this was her response... Jiny Taylor Hi, Chuck Keough. I apologize for the confusion. Your chips were deducted due to your repeated cancellations of the orders. So, I went to Facebook to get my money back since I did'nt get what I paid for. Facebook denied my refund dispute!.. here is their response +++++++++++ We sent you a message Today Hi Chuck, Thanks for contacting Facebook. We appreciate your patience. We've heard back from the game developer and they've let us know that you're unfortunately not eligible for a refund of the charge(s). My response ++++++++ What you submitted Today Not eligible? Are you kidding me? I paid them and got absolutely NOTHING. How is it possible that I'm not eligible for a refund when I didn't receive what I paid for? Who exactly are you talking to when you mention "game developer"? Did they

DONE! uninstalled the app this morning. greedy bunch of crooks taking advantage of everyone like this.
