This is kind petition to Valve Software, relating to their popular online game currently in the beta stage - Dota 2. We plea to prevent all Russian IPs from being able to play on any server other than their native Russian - unless in a group that is headed by a non-Russian IP. This is not meant to be intentionally racist nor prejudice, the signers simply feel that it would make the world a better place.
