Dit het baie goed gewerk, departemente het goedgekeur en dit lyk of daar nie klagtes was nie. Was goed vir deelnemers en restourante. Behou die mark!

This type of social, street- and anti-mall culture should be supported.

The community needs the Dorp str market... It creates income for many... And increases revenue for the municiple indirectly. Reason for declining approval are questionable. Is there a hidden agenda here? I wonder...

Stellenbosch is very dry for international students and international researchers that come here and have to survive for short to medium stay without their own vehicles expecting safe public transport. They really need something to do to survive loneliness and places to make friends. The Stellenbosch Market was perfect to entertainment for them on a Sunday when they would normally sit in their rooms and become homesick.

I've attended the Sunday markets and think it's a great activity for anyone living in Stellenbosch.

It creates a nice atmosphere on a Sunday and it will be missed if taken away

The Dorp Street market management team has gone above and beyond to prove the market's worth and legal status. The withdrawal of the market is affecting hundred's of livelihoods and businesses. I need to market for for my business to flourish and survive!! Enough is enough!! Bring back the market!!

Why take away the chance for small/local business owners to make something
