Traffic lights need sorting out at the bottom of south street, constant road resurfacing on the A24, problems on chalk pit lane from ashcombe road!!

The traffic on Vincent Lane is a joke due to the junction with Westcott Road. A box junction is needed to stop people coming in from Westcott Road sitting in the middle of the junction and preventing anyone coming out of Vincent Lane. I've wasted so much of my life waiting for that junction. It's got significantly worse in the last 6 months.

I remember how much smoother the traffic flowed before the Vincent Lane and Pump Corner traffic lights were installed! They never got the phasing right, and Dorking has suffered the consequences for nearly 20 years. It's high time the lights were ripped out and they reverted to mini roundabouts and zebra crossings.

Dorking needs an A25 bypass.

MVDC needs a complete overhaul and new leadership with some common sense and modern thinking across the board. Dorking is becoming increasingly staid, dull and uninspiring.

It is an outrage that nothing is being done. It is a total nightmare trying to drive in Dorking. Do something MVDC NOW !

I live in North Holmwood and the only way to get to my office in Guildford is to go via the one way system in Dorking. The one way takes longer than the rest of the journey into Guildford, it's insane!

What is the problem with making the high street one way. You haven't mentioned the lights at Dorking Halls they keep you standing for ages for no reason.

The traffic will kill the town and its surrounding villages - to everyone's detriment. Please act now!

There can't be anymore building down this end of town without them sorting this traffic problem out

100% agree. I have seen this on at least two occasions, and cars from Westcott and Vincent lane co-operate well!

Ludicrous comment. Traffic lights 100 x the problem with Lidl!

If some of the ginormous, undeserved wages of the upper echelon at SCC were put into the traffic problems, you would literally make thousands of people happy, and save hundreds of thousands of pounds in lost revenue for this country which is lost due to incompetent managing!

Take traffic lights away from Pump corner and sort time other lights. Ban traffic parking on Vincent Lane by new homes and also on Horsham Road opposite road to Hospital and St Pauls church.

Impossible to plan journeys as you never know how long it will take to get anywhere!

Get rid of the lights at the bottom of Vincent lane put back in a mini rounderbout.Make the yellow chevron box on West street joining at Station road bigger as larger vehicles have to mount the kerb getting around when they arer heading towards Westcott.

Businesses and shoppers will avoid Dorking if the traffic is not sorted out ; when Dorking residents start shopping in neighbouring towns rather than sit in the Dorking traffic you know its reached a critical stage
