Get a decent mass transit system to get people around/home safely.

Keep buffalo going! We're known for 4am closings! Some of us make our livings bartending, playing music, or doing events.

I do not see any data which shows that closing bar early will result in a reduction in DWI's, any "safety" improvements or improvement in qaulity of life. I do not support this change in any way.

Politicians need to stay out of this, there are far more pressing issues facing our growing city. We work hard and play hard!

Please leave the hours alone. They are fine. We need to fight crime by building up our society not putting unneeded restrictions on people.

Our city's economy thrives on late night establishments.

The proposal will ave a negative effect on our economy by taking money out of servers pockets, as well as hurting the businesses themselves. Changing the time the bars and restaurants close is only going to change the time of the DUI and DWI infractions. It is not going to stop them.

We are a blue collar town and the bars were intended to reach out to all classes of people who work in the community. Why don't you try getting supportive with DD drivers associations or get more cab companies. It's what makes our city unique and has appeal to out of towers.

Instead of closing bars at 4am, improve the bus and rail system in Buffalo to run later.

As a bartender this would really hurt the amount of hours I work every week. Which in turn would have an impact on the funds I would bring home.

Please consider closing bars earlier would not only harm the local economy and hurt local musicians but would also do absolutely nothing about keeping people safer. Instead why not propose expanding the subway system? Buffalo desperately needs to catch up with other cities regarding ease of transportation.
