Don't hit the service industry in their pockets! Buffalo has a large student population as well as shift workers that enjoy the 4:00 am close. Bars & restaurants reserve the right close to early should they choose to anyways, so a study should be conducted to find out how many bars actually stay open until 4:00 am. I think you'd be surprised.

As a Bar owner , I have no hard copy document , by changing bar closing time will stop or decrease DWI's also , by doing so , this will be damaging to me and my employee's income.

this whole issue is silly. Keep the bars open. And if they don't stay open until 4am, you won't get that much loved "quiet time" between 7-9pm which is great for older folks who don't want a rowdy crowd!!!

Signed signed signed!!! What is this honna change? Nothing! If you roll it back people will still drink. They will start earlier and continue to drink after. All erie county is doing is hurting local businesses. STUPID

Why would Erie County want to force locally owned Business to loose out on Revenue, or make it even harder for Wait Staff to make a living! These Business's and their Employees pay Taxes into our County. So...I say NO...Leave it as it is. Stop looking for ways to loose money & START finding more ways to bring it into Erie County!

Buffalo is known for our unique bar atmosphere and ability to stay open until 4am, let's keep it that way, and support local economy!

Keep bars open until 4a.m. Many of my friends are servers and depend on the income during that time of night.

The only thing closing earlier is going to do is have people start earlier. Then you will have more drunk people driving around when families are still out with their children.

I watched the vaping ban go through with no input from the real people , us . It went through because one big Legislater told the other , vote the ban or none of your stuff will go through . Even the news was informed and did nothing , we don't need this kind of government . Needs to stop .And our legislators need to be investigated

Not everyone works a nine to five...when I waitressed and got off work at two I liked to have a drink before going home...people who work unorthodox shifts should have that right. And I never drove drunk to me that is almost ty a non-issue, people are responsible for their own actions. Period.
