Businesses will suffer if they're forced to close at earlier times. It isn't fair to the economy of our city to cut commerce time down; leave it at the business owners' discretion what time their bars close.

The 4 am closing time is absolutely essential to what makes Buffalo what it is.
The city thrives on its young population, music scene, and collective efficacy that comes with such a unique nightlife. Getting rid of the 4 am closing time would destroy said music scene and would make a significant impact on local businesses.
People love Buffalo for a reason, because there are like-minded people out and about, keeping the sidewalks and local hangout spots busy. Without this, the streets would be desolate and local moral would go down.
