One of Buffalo highlights is the night life and how late we stay after. I believe it benefits this shift Buffalo is trying to make. There is other precautions we can take to control drunk crimes being committed.

This is what we live for. I wouldn't want to have to go out starting at 10 just to spend a good amount of time there. We are late people we need bars opened late !
