The roads are not safe for pedestrians as is. Let’s improve what we have with dedicated bike/pedestrian lanes and avoid creating congestion.

This development will change the very nature of the long-established quiet community to a busier, more traffic-laden one. Not a good idea near an elementary school. And the aesthetics of recently-built townhomes (near the old DMV building and across from All Saints) are terrible: big, hulking, brooding boxes that are definitely not beautiful. Manassas should aspire to be better than this!

Not the right time to build townhomes for developers and the city. Redevelopment and focus on maintaining businesses impacted from COVID, keep people employeed in the city. Provide adequate services for current residents. Housing is already adequate and the next year will provide some unkowns to impacts to job losses, vacant businesses, risk of an increase in foreclosures and strain and lack of local tax revenues. To risky for a developer and I don't support the city or PWC subsidizing a development of townhouses.

This request for rezoning to higher density should be soundly REJECTED. The infrastructure does not support additional units; this would result in higher taxes for all of us. Green space is disappearing; it seems every undeveloped piece of land in the city is being developed with abandon. Please listen to the citizens of Manassas and nearby county residents who think this request will solely benefit the landowner and absolutely no one else. People moving to the area have multitudes of options to choose from and this is NOT NEEDED.

Manassas does not have the infastructure to support a larger population than what we currently have. Replacing single family homes with row houses will only make the problem worse.

basically we need slow growth policies. We definitely do not need to re-zone our single family homes into multi-family dwellings. It is not the county or the city's role to accommodate more people. That is a dog chasing his tail. More people - means more schools, police, firemen and infrastructure. You will never catch your tail. Quality of life for all of us in Manassas and Prince William suffers each time we allow our population to grow unchecked.
