Established neighborhoods do not owe their neighbors profit at their expense. Zoning exists to protect all, not just the developers and would be land sellers.

Allowing this property to be rezoned for townhomes is a against the very reason we purchased a home in the neighboring community. This change is contrary to the community that this property is near and will create chaos among a peaceful and beautiful area. Please vote NO regarding rezoning.

Adding townhomes to this piece of land will lead to lots of commercial vehicles and overflow parking out into Godwin RD. The developed always choose to build more homes and do not include enough parking spots for residents and visitors.Ot will cause traffic issues. Will also lead to adding 2-3 traffic lights on Godwin.

This kind of spot zoning creates a win for developers. They can point to this change and legally pressure zoning changes anywhere. There are not enough proffers to make this a wise decision for the future. Economic growth is needed to stabilize taxes and school population. I am very concerned about this unrealistic approach to growth. This will have a negative impact on the future.

I agree - we have many townhouse developments already - we don’t need more traffic - what we do need is more parks and green space!

Don't need it don't want it. Enough overcrowding. Schools are overcrowded now. More congestion and more traffic that isn't needed!

I moved into the neighborhood this summer and would hate to see this development happen. Would there have to be another traffic light. Seems like there are plenty of TH options in Manassas already. Loss of more woods.

How many more townhouses are needed in Manassas? There are hardly any green spaces left.

It would be a mistake to allow this property to be rezoned for townhomes. That is contrary to the community that this property abuts. Please vote NO regarding rezoning.

Deplorable, racist comment and belief on your part Joseph Heinzinger but it is consistent with your Facebook page. Like any other uneducated person I run into in the south you still won’t except the results of the Civil War. Of course you won’t believe your man baby king lost an election. Your white grief is built on the fantasy of a stolen prominence. It’s purpose is the shield you from your essential mediocrity in a country which is looking less like you every day. And that scares you.

This rezoning is not compatible with the City’s master plan. The neighborhood should remain single family homes and/or parks and green space. Please vote no and do not vote under pressure of the developer.
