This is just gonna make more people homeless. dont pass this garbage.
60 days is way too short. how is a family supposed to get their stuff together in 2 months time? pure insanity.
Ridiculous. they just want to make it easier for big companies to snatch up homes. NOT FAIR.
Leave it at 6 months! people are struggling enough as it is without lawmakers trying to kick them out faster.
Keep the period as it is. 6 months is the bare minimum for someone to try and fix their situation.

My neighbors are already dealing with this and 60 days would destroy them. stop trying to rush people out of their homes.
