Rural girls should have the same opportunities to play as city girls. So unfair

This would be a huge disservice to female hockey, the team and community. Do the right thing and support this hockey club.

Such a shame to cut such an amazing organization. Not only are you taking away a great opportunity for females to be apart of something so amazing, you’re also taking away the opportunity to make our family even bigger.

By taking away this team or any team from the league you are stopping the developers to of female hockey. By having these teams you give the girls the ability to learn and develop their skill and work on there weakness at a higher level. You learn much better playing at a higher level. By taking the prairie fire out of the league you are taking that away from all girls with in Saskatchewan. This is a very bad choice and a step backwards to take a team out of the league.

Women’s hockey leagues are so important! It proves that men aren’t the only ones who can play hockey. It is such a great opportunity for each and every girl who joins! Don’t put out the fire!

The only thing that kept my daughter in hockey this year was the opportunity to play girls hockey last spring! This is going to contribute to a decline in girls hockey which can’t be in anyone’s best interests. Doesn’t seem right that you have to be part of a bigger centre to play competitive girls hockey. Come on SHA!!

Keeping teams in the league will continue to help grow opportunities for girls hockey in Saskatchewan.
