I wish I lived in a community like this, preserve what you have, it's worth more than all the money in the world

It is time to keep our own communities and traditions. We need to stop selling our real estate to big firms so we can pass down to our own families.

Why would you call it abuse? The newer homes add to the character of Sag Harbor Hills!

Bigger is better, Beverly. Why cant people just accept that things have changed? Cant wait to enjoy my new neighborhood.

The extra sqft is for the pool, pool house, Jacuzzi, detached car garage, and stage. Whats the problem with that?

Dogs enjoy sand and water as well! Why cant we all just have a good time? I know youre trying to preserve the past but thats just it...the past! Youre still invited to the party!

Why have a neighbor of houses that look the same. Besides, the newer homes will make the community look better. Once I build in Sag Harbor Hills, you and your family will be invited to all the great parties! Change is good!

This is a free country! We want larger spaces for our huge parties! You all can come and boogie too!

The east end is suffering from a lack of affordable housing stock. Permitting land assemblage and the construction of larger units is counter productive.

I live at 35 Carver Street in the Village. We need a maximum house size in this tiny village. Even Sagaponack has a maximum house size. A cottage is not a mansion and respect for the history of a community is honorable while the lack of respect is without honor.

I do not want new large houses to destroy the small village atmosphere of Sag Harbor and its hamlets. Thank you.

Combining lots to build houses over 4,00 sf changes the contextual character of the neighborhood.

Sag harbor zoning board has to stick to its rules and not give variances which will forever alter the charm and ambiance of Sag Harbor.
