I have loved the area around Bamfield including Sarita estuary since I was first there in 1972. I do not believe an LNG plant and all the associated dangers are worth the promises, which in my opinion are filled with hype and exaggeration. They come bear "gifts" - exaggerated benefits and dismissal of risks. I do not believe them. This land, this coast is precious and who will protect if if not the people who love and value it. No to LNG in Sarita Bay and Sarita River Estuary.

Preserve & protect the wilderness & marine life from any possible devastation that may occure from such a major project not to mention the concern for Drinking Water alone not only for human , but for the animals as well .

this is unacceptable this is what all our elders fought to keep our land an resources free of any contamination or danger as that is what provides our people !!!! This is our life our existence what are people thinking money can't fix a disaster after a disaster everything is ruined for years an what will the money that is already spent gonna do for the people then????? What will happen to the water land animals fish seafood an land the long term effects are enormous an not quick fixes !!!! So think about what our families have fought to keep for us here an consider its importance remember this effects all people not just us First Nations people the whole world an all its people!!!!!!! Stand strong an think with your brain not your pocket books!!!!!
