We moved to White Lake 5 years ago and started Oxbow when Mr. M first year as principal. He is a wonderful man and wonderful role model to these young kids. If we ever had an issue he would take actions to help solve the problem. He is a great guy and handles thing very professional. He makes Oxbow a great community.

I worked as a parent along side Mr. M as a parent volunteer 9 years ago for my first daughter. I then had Mr M as a principal for my second daughter. Best teacher and administrator during my 20 years of being a parent in White Lake

He was my daughters teacher during 911. He left with his fire dept. and went to NYNY to help with the clean up. Good teacher/Good Man.

I have never seen a more dedicated well liked teacher/ administrator. Both of my children attended Oxbow. Mr. M. was a 5th grade teacher when my oldest was there. When he took over as principal we were overjoyed. Prior to his taking over I was not a fan of where the environment of Oxbow had shifted to. Once Chris took over it became the positive, caring environment that I wanted for my kids. I worked at Oxbow for a bit as a lunch supervisor and a para, while my youngest attended and found Chris to be a conscious are fair boss as well. His dedication and years in this district deserve consideration certainly!

Our students and parents need Mr. McAuliffe at Oxbow. He has done so much for this school during his time here that it would be a terrible loss for the Oxbow families if he wasn't the principal at Oxbow any longer. We need him to stay!!

Being SOC parents we looked at other elementary in and out of district. Chris put the PAL in principal, making Oxbow an easy choice. Our experiences have all been beyond positive, he’s active with the students and parents and easily approachable. The kids all love him and he’s understanding of their differences. I don’t know if we will stay with Oxbow without Chris. As parents we are hearing this is stemming from a couple of teachers who remain anonymous. I fear my children will end up having those teachers and learn their coping behaviors, temper tantrums and pouting until they get their way.

I'm concerned about this. To the point if he isn't there next year, I may pull my daughter out. Its her 5th grade year. He is the most amazing principle. He does so much for the school and students.

Please do not get rid of our principle he is the heart and soul of Oxbow. We are school of choice and he is the reason I chose that school for my kids. You are doing a disservice to all of these kids if he leaves.
