My granddaughter just loves him, he interacts with the kids like they were his own. He needs to stay right where he is!

Having him as a teacher and a role model made me the person I am today! He was my 5th grade teacher and my vice principal when I was in high school! By far one of the most influential teacher I had in all my years of school. Always made sure all of his students were happy and safe. Poor mistake to let him go, Shame on Huron valley schools.

I had him for fourth and fifth grade. I loved him and still talk about or saltwater tank he had and that was 14 years ago

Chris McAuliff is an amazing principal. Removing him would do a great disservice to our students. He has spent countless hours making Oxbow a safe, wonderful place for our kids to learn. We are school of choice parents and chose Oxbow because of Chris' reputation as an educator. Shameful.

He's the best principal they've ever had! So active and always concerned with the kids! Always out helping with drop off and dismissal and very involved in everything that goes on with the school and children! I've never been happier with a principal!

Letting this principal go is a huge mistake. I understand budgets but in this case it is wrong. I know for a fact that he has helped several kids over the years and is an inspiration to them. How can we expect this generation. To be better than the last if they dont have people that are wanting to do what is necessary to help them, guide them, nudge them in the proper direction.
Letting him go is a giant mistake and you will be hurting each and every child that has,is and will be part of Oxbow..

They were hoping to do this silently without parents finding out until had to (new school year, post millage)
