Would definitely eat here. Please let this restaurant open.

To say that if a restaurant is not to be accessible by foot, but only by car, dismisses the existence of the majority of the population of the islands. Of course the council may only want restaurants within the confines of Lerwick but some of us live in other places!

I think that this restaurant should be allowed to go ahead,it is doing no harm to anyone or anything and is something that is needed in the area and will be a big success (.Maybe it is because the sic planners cannot get to draw up the plans so that they can make a mess of it as they always do and waste millions on their mistakes)

It would be lovely to see a fine eating venue for the northern residents of Shetland!

The SIC really need to get a grip and stop coming up with pathetic excuses trying to stop local entrepreneurs. The family are only trying to make a living and give Shetland something it doesn't have.

Completely stupid to not allow this to go ahead. It would create jobs for local communities. Utter idiocy that the SIC will not approve this.

Reasons for refusal are ridicules. Can't go many places without using a car. Please say yes.

It looks like a joke! We are an Italian Glassware manufactury with over 400 workers, all of them have read this and think it's incredible! We produce 150 mln glasses per year and most of them are sent to Poland for decoration and then back to Italy again, just because the labour work is cheaper.... this means over 1.000 trucks! So the pollution of a few cars going to a pizzeria is less than nothing. Signed by CEO Pierluigi Alabastri on behalf of over my 400 employees

The reason for planning refusal is laughable. Tesco delivery vehicles make 100's of deliveries a week. It's they that should be banned in contributing to global warming!! LET'S HAVE A PIZZA RESTAURANT ON SHETLAND - ABOUT TIME!!
