Why?? I do not get why as one of the smallest overpopulated countries we have to have other countries fracking!! Why would we intentionally poison our drinking water or put our precious land at risk!!

This as such significant risks associated with out land and water ( not to mention we have been advised to leave remaining fossil fuels in the ground), we cannot take the risk.

Don't allow the petro-chemical industry to pull the wool over our eyes. Residents and public servants require adequate time to read and understand any application for any thing which may affect them either directly or indirectly. This is supposed to be a civilised democratic country.

This is quite definitely not a simple oil and gas extraction and involves frac-type processes plus ACIDISATION. We need much longer to fully take in the information and respond.

I am a retired nurse in my 80's,born & brought up in N. Lincs,I am appalled that local people could have this hazardous industry imposed upon them for perhaps 15 years to no avail whatsoever except to Profit Egdon Resources and shareholders.Public consultation must be extended for a much longer period and I sincerely hope that the Planning Committee ultimately refuses this harmful development.You have a public duty to look after local communities and the environment.For what it's worth I would gladly live next to a wind farm.

There is a lot of evidence to prove that fracking is damaging to the environment, water used for irrigation, and for people, the council should have all the time they need to look fully into these application. To rush it through would be criminal.
