I worked in Waikiki at the hotels and on the beaches. Met many legends and had a blast with all the beach boys. We had our crews but we was all one family.. It would be a huge mistake to take away something that has made Waikiki into what it is. Or to even change it! If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I have made the long trip from Makaha to Waikiki only to be welcomed and supported by the Beach Boy co. For it to be taken away, queens beach will never be the same.

It’s wrong, leave this issue as is, I served in the navy at Pearl Harbor and used to head downtown to my part time job on the catamaran Na Hoku and sometimes I have to wait for the boat to return to the shore, while waiting The Beach Boys surf stand in front of the surf rider would let me take a board out and I’d actually give surfs lessons out on the water for free, that’s being Hawaiian at heart, so leave The Beach Boys alone and stop making people’s lives miserable with your corporate greed

Please keep this beach boy culture and long time appreciation going. It is so sad to see all of this history being disrespected and handed over to inexperienced people.

Hawaii's Beach Boys are the essence of Aloha & Surifng in Hawaii. Please don't takewawy a long rich tradition ofr the city's ake of a few $ more. The ocean & the beach & Surfing IS a huge part of Hawaiina culture & one of teh best experiences for tourists. elling out to a mainlander dive operator is ludicrous, iinsane & would nbe a HUGE mistake. Don't take away honor & history for few $. Respect & keep tradition.
