Waikiki beach boys are unique in the world for their culture and roots in the surfing/lifeguarding world. For The Beach Boys to loose their contract to someone who is an outsider with no understanding how things in Hawaii is done would be a shame. Also to say you’ll offer the existing beach boys jobs with the new contractor but pay them less than half their current wages is a slap in the face & unrealistic in today’s economy.
