Are you starting to realize this democratic government does not care about Hawaiian Culture?? They only care about money and votes. False promises and slowly ripping away the culture. Think about what they did next time you vote. No Beach Boys... No Backdoor Shootout.. No Pipe Masters...
Show up in 2018 to vote, get these fakas out, and elect someone who cares about culture and tradition.. Not raising tax. Not creating bidding wars. And not strong arming people to get their way.

This should not be a matter of highest bidder. This is a matter of history and culture. This should be something to take pride in, not to kick to the curb because there is more money to be made.

Auwe! These people in office don't care about the local people BUT rely on OUR votes..make fake promises & once in office forget WHO got them there & start to make decisions like this & the rail for example. Our voices go unheard on deaf ears. How can we support local when soon nothing will be local.... auwe

My great uncle, Alexander Cartwright, for whom Cartwright Road in Waikiki and Cartwright field in Honolulu is named, would roll over in his grave in Punchbowl Crater in outrage over the demise of the Beach boy tradition. Enough is enough!

My father was Beach Boy Bobby Krewson---he is turning in his grave. Government has destroyed so much tradition and culture....when will it stop. Some things are left best when left alone.

Waikiki belongs to The Beach Boys. Rabbit Kekai taught me how to surf there when I was 9. I’ve surfed and paddled there so many times. So many great memories. This belongs to them. Not some kook dive shop owner looking to rip off tourists.

cheap prices for learn and ride boards. cause the Waikiki beach boys care about the culture not the money. It’s always been aloha. We get our language taken away back in the day, our queen taken away, our kingdom taken away, our CULTURE, taken away. All for what? For money? Money that these people don’t need.
