great idea! if this type of over reach keeps going on you can kiss all substantial tourism dollars goodbye forever! not to mention destroying the industry that put this town on the map! you can have some small coves on the ca side leave AZ alone!!!

This is a great place for families to take their children to learn to ride and to ride safely. Please keep this area open for families to continue to make great memories!

I learned to waterski in 1970 at the age of five, in Parker, Arizona. I have spent my entire life enjoying all aspects. Please do not close this section. Thank you.

Only boat etiquette people riding at the g spot! the focus shouldn't be in disabling recreational areas.

This area of water is one of the primary reasons I own a house in Lake Havasu city. I have spent hundreds of hours with family and friends from AZ, CA and NV because its the safest area to ski and wake board in Lake Havasu. In fact, my seven year old son does not feel safe getting behind the boat in any other part of the lake. Its a shame that anyone can take that away from children who are learning how to enjoy and respect the outdoors while participating in water sports. Especially in the great state of Arizona!

Please keep our Wakeboarding spot open. I have grown up living and now vacationing in Lake Havasu. The river mouth is by far the best place to wakeboard. I have several friends who travel to Lake Havasu to wakeboard who most likely travel somewhere else if it stays closed.

Please keep this area open for skiing as it is one of the safest areas on the lake left to ski. With all the large boats racing at unlimited speeds thru all remaining ski areas I feel the lake has become more dangerous since closing this area.

I've been going to this spot for eight years as my family are avid waterskiiers. We wouldn't of bought in Lake Havasu if we knew we weren't allowed to ski in a safe area.

This spot of the lake is why I love Lake Havasu and make the long drive from San Diego. Please don't take this strip of perfect water from my friends (many locals and others like myself who were raised there) and I. There is no other place like it, so while Kayakers would still be able to use it but just would not have it all to themselves, it is a devastating loss for skiers and wakeboarders.

As an avid watersports enthusiast that is leaving California because of ridiculous over-regulations I hate the thought of reconsidering my move to Lake Havasu. I enjoy kayaking as well but there are more than enough areas for that already. Come on Arizona, this is the same type of special interest legislation that has slowly destroyed California.

I've skied in this area for eight years now. As a water sports (water ski) enthusiast, over the last forty plus years I have skied on many, many different bodies of water. Other than a private ski lake, this area in question is the best water (aka safest) I've had the privilege to ski on. I've had many positive interactions with fishermen and kayakers in this area over this eight year span as well which convinces me that this action by the NWS is completely unnecessary.

I've skied in this area for eight years now. As a water sports (water ski) enthusiast, over the last forty plus years I have skied on many, many different bodies of water. Other than a private ski lake, this area in question is the best water (aka safest) I've had the privilege to ski on. I've had many positive interactions with fishermen and kayakers in this area over this eight year span as well which convinces me that this action by the NWS is completely unnecessary.
