I have been playing for over 6 years. There are many issues the ones that bother me the most is the " Lag " issues, the crafting aspect, the issue with difficulty in getting straight answers on update issues , and festivals dates and times

It is awful that DDO's customers have had to start a petition to get the satisfaction they want and deserve.... lag free servers. Everything about this game has gone down hill since WB games took over. The customer service being one of the many issues with the game that a lot are unsatisfied with. Give us what we deserve... the ability to play the game.

When speaking to in-game support regarding the many issues with the game lately and the multiple issues with the quests it is my contention that I will not pay for this game now or in the future until the lag is fixed and I can play like I used to.... Listen to your players as they have put a lot of money & time into this game. We only want to play as we used to.

Stopped my subscription today...It does appear to be a deliberate move by the game owner to run off the customers...I would support a law suit.

Been playing since u14, don't want it going down the drain now, if anything there are many people in the community that will come and help get the servers get up again!

If IT from Turbine cannot handle the problem, it shouldnt be a problem ask for the help of other experienced players with IT issues.

This game, we try to have as much fun as possible. Sometimes that doesn't mean everyday. But you don't give up.
