It is ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that the one person all the driving force of the business (the sales people) actually identify with has been let go by the newest leadership. She is a priceless member of home office whose support and skills have no match! Bring her back!

The CEO & The Board Members have made an Epic mistake by Terminating Cheryl Smith our VP of The Party Experience (Former VP of Leadership Development) Cheryl Smith is Our Modern Day Brownie Wise and the Entire Sales Force want her back immediately! She was wrongfully terminated & in the most inconsiderate manner! This woman has dedicated over 35 years of her Life to this Company & Tupperware Corporate did not even have the DECENCY to Honor her in a Respectful way. But she is needed Back tremendously In Tupperware to help train & support the Sales Force and Remain The Face of Tupperware!!!! Bring Cheryl Back immediately!

Please bring Cheryl back. This was the WORST DECISION yet Tupperware could has made. Cheryl is LEGACY, she is the PEOPLE, she is our BrownieWise. If you have to cut jobs you don’t do Hers. SHE IS AN ESSENTIAL AIN THIS BUSINESS. How she is with SF the drive. SHE IS THE HEART OF TUPPERWARE. I have been in this business for 22 years and she has been there an amazing for 22 years. Her job haven’t been for 3-5-8-9 years or 7 months ..SHe is TUPPERWARE. Please bring her back WE NEED HER WE NEED HER everyday motivation! This was a very poor business decision if the purpose is to increase sales. She’s the heart of sales force so you’ve just delivered a blow. Your business plan and products and past president were the reason Tupperware was declining. We need Cheryl behind us.
