I did not ask to be born with a disability. West Virginia spends more on drug users and criminals than it does people with disabilities.

The "Lifelines" need to be cut from the adults taking advantage of the system when they can provide for themselves, not for the people or caretakers of the people who aren't able to work an keep themselves.

Wv is one of the worst states for people with metal disabilities and illness it's a discussing shame. Wv will give drug addicts all the welfare and food stamps they could ever want, but cut funding for other programs like these, an absolute shame.

Please leave disabled benefits alone. People on a fixed income with a disability are having a rough time and cannot hardly live alone. You should make laws harder for people to get help because of people abusing the system.

my daughter depends on her services from the waiver and her service workers as I am disabled my self and unable do give her the care she needs on a 24 hour basis

These families face more financial and emotional challenges than you could even begin to imagine. Being blessed with a child who is healthy and capable of growing to be an independent adult is not these families' reality. Instead, these families are blessed with a child whom they care for around the clock for the rest of their lives. These families deserve adequate support to care for these children. These children and adults deserve our support. Please consider if this was your child or future grandchild, born with unexpected challenges. Please allow Title 19, Waiver, to be fully funded with respite, therapies, and other supports you currently have in place. May you be blessed for realizing you helped countless affected individuals and families by significantly improving their quality of life. Use the power with which you have been charged to make things happen. Be the voice.
