disabled family members deserve all the help they can get, if you want to cut something cut welfare for people that do not have a disability & are capable of working but refuse to work !!!

Please take action to resolve the discrepancies noted in this petition.

I am the parent of 2 daughters with disabilities. Their lives, programs and living situations will be greatly affected if funding is cut.

I have a 94 year old Aunt that benefitted from waiver services. This is a much needed resource in our area.

Due to the changes we were forced to make at our annual...my clients SIB behaviors have increased because of structure & schedule changes.

My sister has several intellectual disabilities: sever mental impairment, severe behavior, and speech impairments. My mom works 40 hours a week and my Dad is disabled and not able. We were told that my sister budget would be lowered from fourty a week to seventeen a week. That would leave my sister unattended for twenty three hours a week. My sister can not be left unattended. My sister is a very active. Through special Olympics my sister does cheer leading, bowling, and track. She needs supervision and rides to and from practice. My sister also goes to the gym, park, and library and needs supervision. My sister after graduation plans to work at Wendy's and needs supervision and rides to and from work. This change would affect my sister's quality of life. We do have family support when they can help because my family work also. I quit my previous job to be able to help my mom more. I also help with my sister more than fourty hours a week because she needs twenty four hour care. If my sister had to be placed elsewhere she would need twenty four hour care. So why can't she stay with family and receive eight hours a day. I'm sorry but this makes no sense to me.

I live Ohio my grandson lives and has wavier in WVA. I'm his guardian and I do have a voice and a vote. Finally took my Ohio address. Sure hope my vote counts!!!
