The 12% budget cut for long term care facilities is outrageous! Residents in these facilities have no where else to call home. They need companies who provide quality care to continue to receive the little money they get.

Maybe if we drug tested everyone Illinois would have more money for the ones who really need it.

This can't happen! How about cutting those folks who choose not to work but suck the state dry!

You have established how much the care for our seniors should cost, but then say to us "now provide that level of care with 12.6% less money". Granted, spending needs to be brought under control, but don't do it on the backs of the poorest and most vulnerable people in the state.

Please do not cut our Mediciad funding to our frailiest seniors. We are already receiving the 49th reimbursement rate in the nation. We also have to wait months for getting reimbursed. This cycle needs to stop. We are only asking to be reimbursed for the care that we deliver to our seniors. Thank You for assistance with this matter. Have a great day.

This is so detrimental for so many people. Not only do our residents suffer but also our staff.
Please do not Medicare funding for the handicapped and disabled citizens of Illinois.

There are better, less important places to cut funding than something that is literally helping keep people alive and well in our state. This states facilities are barely scraping by as it is, being the second lowest funded state for health care in the nation. Just pick something else.
